Compliance365 have been awarded a place on the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy Services framework supplying energy services to the public sector at a preferred rate.

Compliance365 have been awarded Lot 10: Energy Efficiency and Associated Products, (SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256). The framework will run from April 2018 to March 2022. Expected to save the public sector £16 million over the course of four years, the framework will replace the current agreement which has been in place since 2014. The framework provides free of charge, a compliant route for public sector organisations to market for estates, facilities and capital teams, encompassing a wide range of specialisms, utilising SMEs and national providers. Designed to provide flexibility to those who want to utilise the framework, allowing organisations to award contracts directly or through mini competition, with suppliers already agreeing to operate to the standard NHS terms and conditions. Compliance365 have an enviable client list which includes numerous NHS Trusts, Councils, Housing Associations, Schools and Universities. They employ consultants throughout the UK resulting in a reduction in emissions released through travel. Their consultants are all issued with Mini Coopers which are low on carbon emissions and their company fleet incorporates hybrid electric vehicles. Their consultants are issued with handheld tablets to collect data on during their site visits reducing the amount of paper used during a survey.
